Rental conditions

Late reservations will be processed based on stock availability.

  • Insurance

Rental insurance: the rental company is covered by its own AXA civil liability insurance for any accident involving its liability. Otherwise it declines all responsibility.


  • Cycles without lighting

Cycles rented without lighting (mountain bikes, children's bikes) must only be used during the day and in perfect visibility. The rental company declines all responsibility if an accident occurs due to violation of this rule. However, a lighting kit can be made available, with the first set of batteries free.


  • Flight

IN THE EVENT OF THEFT OF THE CYCLE(S), IF THE TENANT HAS SUBSCRIBE TO THE THEFT INSURANCE OFFERED BY THE RENTER, THE TENANT WILL ONLY PAY THE AMOUNT OF THE DEDUCTIBLE AS WELL AS THE RENTAL. OTHERWISE, IF THE TENANT HAS NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEFT INSURANCE, THEY MUST PAY FOR THE CYCLE(S) AT THE PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING VAT (- discount) AS WELL AS THE RENTAL.


  • Terms and conditions

Any damage suffered during the cycle(s) will be the responsibility of the tenant. The cycle(s) are delivered with anti-theft devices. The loss of anti-theft accessories or keys will result in the tenant being billed for them.

The proper functioning of the cycles requires the use of grease and oil on certain mechanical parts of the said bicycle. No complaints will be accepted in the event of dirt on the tenant's clothes.


  • Prohibitions

IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO DRIVE ON THE BEACHES. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL REQUIRE THE COMPLETE REHABILITATION OF THE BICYCLE. INVOICING FOR THE REHABILITATION WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT
